Are you not able to get your dishwasher to start a load? If the power works, the first thing to check on your own would be the door latch assembly. Make sure the door is securely clicked shut. The door lock switch could also be malfunctioning, but you need a multimeter to perform a continuity test to see if this is the issue. Also, while it's rarely the problem, look out for a child lock as certain dishwasher models do feature one and this could prevent the machine from running if it's accidentally activated.
